The Production Process
Every project is different, but the process is designed to ensure smooth collaboration and a professional on-set experience from inquiry to final delivery.
1. Submit a Production Inquiry
Complete the Production Inquiry form with details about the shoot including the project type, location, number of talent, and expected duration.
This helps determine availability and provide an accurate quote.
2. Project Review & Quote
After reviewing the project details, a quote will be provided based on the scope of the production.
Factors may include:
• number of talent
• shoot duration
• location
• on-set touch ups
• travel requirements
3. Confirm the Booking
To secure the production date:
• Service agreement must be signed
• Booking retainer must be received
Once confirmed, the date is reserved.
4. Pre-Production Planning
Prior to the shoot, details such as call time, creative direction, talent count, and schedule are finalized.
This ensures the beauty plan aligns with the overall production vision.
5. On-Set Services
On the day of production, makeup services are performed according to the shoot schedule.
Depending on the project, services may include:
• initial makeup application
• multiple look changes
• on-set touch ups
6. Wrap & Follow-Up
After the shoot, any final details or follow-up services are completed.
Invoices for remaining balances are finalized according to the agreement.
